Healing for Generations

Celebrating a birthday is always a special occasion. Here at Wentworth-Douglass, we’ll be celebrating 110 amazing years in your community on August 29.

To help us commemorate the event, we’re asking you to share your favorite memories and photos. Tell us about how someone here has touched your life or how Wentworth-Douglass has made a difference in your life.

It’s all part of our “110 Reasons To Choose Wentworth-Douglass” campaign being launched today.

Join us in recognizing the people, like you, who have been there along the way.

As ours is a story rich in history, we’d love to hear and see memories from community members, retirees, medical staff, employees, volunteers, patients and donors.

Certainly, we’ve come a long way since opening 110 years ago with 30 beds and horse-drawn ambulances. Yet it’s a journey that couldn’t have been possible without all of you.

That’s why we’re looking forward to seeing your favorite photos and hearing your stories (50 words or less).

Sharing is simple. Either send your photos and stories to comrelations@wdhospital.org or drop them off in our lobby box at WDH. (Please include your name and address if you’d like photos returned.)

Then we’ll begin sharing the best of all of our photos and stories with the community starting on August 1.

We look forward to hearing from you and remembering what has brought us to today.
