Providers from Seacoast Orthopedics & Sports Medicine and Wentworth-Douglass Rehabilitation Services will be onsite to provide school sports pre-participation physicals.
- Limited walk-in availability
- No insurance required
- Ages 12+
- Parent/Guardian must be present if student is under 18*
- Cost - $20
*Due to COVID-19 visitor restrictions, only parents or guardians may accompany the patient.
