Wentworth-Douglass Hospital and Wentworth Health Partners are pleased to announce that board-certified otolaryngologist and head and neck surgeon, Anders Holm, MD, has joined the Wentworth Health Partners Head & Neck Specialty Group in Somersworth, NH.Â
Dr. Holm joined Wentworth Health Partners in 2019 and was previously seeing patients at Northeast ENT & Allergy in Somersworth. He holds privileges at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, Frisbie Memorial Hospital, and Portsmouth Regional Hospital.
Dr. Holm has been an attending physician at Massachusetts General Hospital since July 2019 and was recently voted a Top Otolaryngologist by New Hampshire Magazine.
As a fourth-generation physician Dr. Holm earned his Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Vermont College of Medicine focused on general surgery. Following graduation, Dr. Holm completed a General Surgery Internship at the University of Connecticut Children’s Medical Center followed by an Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Residency.
Dr. Holm’s colleagues at the Head & Neck Specialty group include Dr. John O’Day, Dr. Steven Johnson, and Physician Assistant, Jodie-Marie Voishnis. For more than 40 years, the Head & Neck Specialty Group has provided comprehensive diagnosis, treatment and surgical care for disorders of the ears, nose, throat, face and neck, including upper respiratory allergies, nasal and sinus disease, sleep disorders, sleep apnea & snoring, hearing loss, chronic ear infections, cancers of the ears, nose, or throat, facial plastics, and more. Through advanced training, this practice also offers laser facial resurfacing, and Photodynamic Therapy (blue light therapy) for early skin cancers or pre-cancerous lesions. Dr. Holm, Dr. Johnson, and Dr. O’Day hold surgery privileges at Frisbie Memorial Hospital, Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, and Portsmouth Regional Hospital.
