Wentworth-Douglass Welcomes Dr. Cynthia Paciulli

Dr. Cynthia Paciulli, a board-certified general surgeon, has joined the medical staff at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. She specializes in minimally invasive and laparoscopic abdominal surgery, as well as bariatric weight loss surgery and breast cancer surgery. She is accepting new patients and surgical consultations at Wentworth Health Partners General Surgery in Portsmouth.  

Wentworth Health Partners General Surgery opened its new Portsmouth office on May 17, where Dr. Paciulli will see patients with an additional surgeon who will join the practice later this summer. The office is located at 875 Greenland Road, Suite C-9.

Dr. Paciulli will perform general surgery at Portsmouth Regional Hospital and the Stratham Ambulatory Surgery Center. She will perform bariatric surgery as part of the Wentworth-Douglass Center for Weight Management and Bariatric Surgery.

Dr. Paciulli has been practicing on the Seacoast since 2002 and was most recently the Chief of Medical Staff at Portsmouth Regional Hospital after years of serving as Chief of Surgery and Vice Chief of Medical Staff there. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas and completed residency training in general surgery at the University of Maryland Medical System in Baltimore, MD. She also completed a year of fellowship training at the Carolinas Laparoscopic and Advanced Surgical Program in Charlotte, NC.
