Honor Your Caregiver

Maybe it was a small gesture, extra support when you least expected it, someone going out of their way to assist you, a friendly ride, or something even more unexpected…If you’d like to share your gratitude for a caregiver or a team of caregivers at Wentworth-Douglass, Honor Your Caregiver is a way for you to let them know how much you’ve appreciated their care.

Make a donation to honor a Wentworth-Douglass physician, nurse, or staff member who made a difference to you and share your story.  Each caregiver that you honor will receive a letter notifying them of your thoughtful gift. Your gift amount will be held confidential. 

Your gift will directly benefit other patients and their families at Wentworth-Douglass, helping ensure our community hospital continues providing top-notch care, here on the Seacoast.

To make an online gift in honor of a caregiver, click the Donate Now Online button, select the check box for Tribute Gift and from the drop-down select In Honor Of. You may enter the name of the honoree and a message in the fields provided. We’ll be sure to send your kind thoughts to the caregiver being honored.
