UNH Interfraternity Council funds more FUN for the Women & Children's Center!

The Interfraternity Council of the University of New Hampshire generously donated $1,000 to Wentworth-Douglass Hospital and the Women and Children’s Center. Their donation will help cover the expenses of replacing and buying new toys for the playroom in the Women and Children’s Center. 

The playroom equipment is heavily used and pieces will often go missing, so it is a great help to have funds for new toys to make children’s hospital experience more enjoyable.

On Friday, February 8, members of the council met with Women and Children’s Center staff, including Child Life Coordinator Alison Zirpolo and Child Life Specialist Maura Powers, to see the playroom where their donation will be put to good use.
