Here is a listing of some area support groups our patients may find helpful. 

Alzheimer’s Support Group
Meets on the second Thursday of the month from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Brain Injury/Brain Tumor Support Group
Meets the fourth Thursday of the month from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

Huntington Disease Support Group
Meets the second Tuesday of every month from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.

Meets the last Wednesday of every month from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.

Parkinson’s Disease Support Group
Meets the third Thursday of the month from 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. at 
Frisbie Memorial Hospital Community Education & Conference Center.

POTS (Positional Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) Support Group 
Meets the first Tuesday of every month from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

Stroke Support Group
Third Thursday of every month at 2:00pm.  
Interact with other stroke survivors in an encouraging environment. Topics may include coping skills, education and presentations from experts. Friends and family welcome.
