Dr. Ciarlo is experienced in high-risk obstetrics, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, infertility, and menopause. She joined Wentworth-Douglass in 2020 and previously provided care for the Rochester community for eight years at Frisbie Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Ciarlo received her Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences from Stonehill College in Easton, MA. She received her Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine in Barbados and completed her residency at the Saint Peter's Healthcare System in New Brunswick, New Jersey. 

Dr. Ciarlo will continue to see patients at the Center for Women's Health and Wellness, 67 Corporate Drive, Building A, Portsmouth, NH. She is located on the third floor.
