Managing Your Health Information Just Got Easier
Wentworth-Douglass has a new, more robust online patient portal – a secure way to manage your health information and communicate with your providers at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, Wentworth Health Partners, and across the Partners HealthCare system.
Important! Your access to your previous WDH patient portals is now “view only”. You will need to sign up for a Patient Gateway account to continue to communicate with your physician’s office, such as sending messages or requesting refills.
The Partners Patient Gateway website and mobile app offers convenient ways to:
Any Wentworth-Douglass Hospital patient may enroll in the portal on either the website (www.patientgateway.org) or the Partners Patient Gateway mobile app.
Current Patient Gateway users, who have accessed or set up a Patient Gateway account through other Partners hospitals, do not need to do anything more to take advantage of these benefits.
There Are Two Ways to Enroll
1. Your provider’s office can give you an activation code and help you complete your enrollment in the office.
2. Visit patientgateway.org and select the “Enroll Now” button. If you do not have an activation code, select “Enroll Now” again at the bottom of the page to begin the enrollment process without one.

Who can use the Partners Patient Gateway?
Any Wentworth-Douglass patient can use the Partners Patient Gateway.
Is there a mobile app?
Partners Patient Gateway mobile is available for download from your phone’s mobile application store.
What should the patient portal not be used for?
In the event of a medical emergency, call 9-1-1. Patient Gateway is not appropriate for urgent care or emergency situations.
What should I do if I am having problems using Patient Gateway?
For technical support for problems such as logging in or a forgotten username or password, please contact Partners Patient Gateway Support at (800) 745-9683, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
To contact technical support via email, click the appropriate link on the Patient Gateway website (i.e. questions related to trouble logging in; forgot username or password; technical support) and submit an email stating how the support team can assist you.
