Becoming a Patient
To become a patient at Wentworth Health Partners Plastic Surgery Specialists, all you need to do is reach out! Schedule a consultation, and we’ll discuss and personalize a plan that works for you, and when you’re ready, we’ll schedule an appointment at one of our modern, comfortably furnished facilities. At your first appointment, please bring your health insurance cards, any requested forms (such as the Patient Registration Form or Adult Health Questionnaire), and a photo ID. If you don’t have a photo ID, you can instead bring two forms of alternate identification (such as utility or phone bills).
Insurance
Some procedures, when deemed medically necessary, may be covered by your health insurance. Our practice accepts the following insurance carriers:

For your convenience, our practices also accept checks, debit cards, Master Card, Visa, and Discover.
Effective February 1, 2019, Wentworth Health Partners and Wentworth-Douglass Hospital will only accept credit cards and checks for patient co-payments, prepayments and outstanding balance payments. Cash payments can be made at the Financial Services Office at 121 Broadway, Dover, NH.
