Kronos Employee Self-Service Setup

Kronos Employee Self-service

You must register with the SecureAuth Self Service (SecureAuth) in order to log in to Kronos Employee Self-service from outside the Wentworth-Douglass network. If you have already registered with SecureAuth for use with Outlook Web Access (OWA) then you do not need to repeat this process. This registration has two parts:

  1. You must register your e-mail account with SecureAuth while connected to the Wentworth-Douglass network. Register Your Email with SecureAuth Self-Service Instructions
  2. Your device must meet the Software Requirements for access to Kronos Employee Self-Service. Tablets and smartphones are not supported at this time.
  3. Register your personal device (PC or laptop) with SecureAuth. Up to five personal devices can be registered at a time. When a sixth device is registered, the oldest device registration is removed. If a device's registration is removed and you attempt to access Kronos you will need to re-register the device. Personal device registration expires after 90 days. After that time you will need to register your device again.
