Support & Guidance

You or your family may find the need for extra support when dealing with a diagnosis or health concern. Wentworth-Douglass Hospital offers many services to support patients and family members.

Here you will find information about spiritual care and guidance, support groups, advanced directives, and more. 

Support may also be needed for a ride to a service or for home care after a hospital stay. We also provide information about our Care-Van service and services for those who need extended care at home.

It is important for patients to have a voice to speak for their concerns. Information is also available here for our patient advocate services and our Patient and Family Advisory Council.
