"Weigh of Life" Support Group

Cancer Caregiver Support Group

Navigating Sexual Wellness During Cancer Treatment

For women 40 years of age or younger with any cancer diagnosis before, during, or after treatment. Presented by Social Work Services in partnership with Exeter Hospital, this group will facilitate journaling, yoga, and discussions on relationships, intimacy, and nutrition. Meets in the spring and fall each year.

Finding Yourself In Motherhood
Becoming a mother, again or for the first time, can be joyful and challenging. If you're not feeling quite yourself or it's not what you expected, you're not alone. Many women feel overwhelmed, isolated or scared at times.

Seacoast Parents Coping With Perinatal Loss
For families facing miscarriage, fatal fetal diagnosis, stillbirth or neonatal death. Unconditional support for loss at any gestation. Meetings encourage peer support through discussion and group activities. Group meets first Thursday of the month from 6-7:30 pm. (except for October). Childcare available with preregistration.
