Inpatient Pharmacy
Our full-service community pharmacy can fill your prescriptions if you are receiving care at the hospital or at any of our physician practices.
Outpatient Pharmacy
Our Outpatient Pharmacy also offers a variety of over-the-counter products for your convenience. Interpreter services are available upon request. If you have any questions about your prescription, please call 603-740-3253 to speak with one of our pharmacists.

Take Back Boxes
Wentworth-Douglass offers medication take back boxes to help encourage the safe disposal of medications. The box is accessible 24/7 in the hospital’s main lobby just outside the Outpatient Pharmacy.
Nasal Naloxone
Nasal Narcan is available without a prescription at our Outpatient Pharmacy. Narcan is a lifesaving medication that reverses the effects of an opioid overdose.

Pharmacy Residency Program at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital: The PGY1 pharmacy residency program at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, builds upon Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) education and outcomes to contribute to the development of clinical pharmacists responsible for medication-related care of patients with a wide range of conditions, eligible for board certification, and eligible for postgraduate year two (PGY2) pharmacy residency training.

PGY2 Ambulatory Care Program at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital: We are proud to offer one of the few PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residencies in New Hampshire. This program, in pre-candidacy status for ASHP accreditation, prepares residents to take on roles in managing chronic disease in outpatient settings. Our Ambulatory Care program is uniquely positioned within our health system, providing exposure to collaborative practice agreements and direct patient care for conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and heart failure.
