Vascular Testing

Our Vascular Laboratory team specializes in non-invasive imaging for the diagnosis of vascular disease, including abdominal aorta ultrasounds, carotid ultrasounds, renal artery ultrasounds and lower extremity and upper extremity arterial exams and venous ultrasounds.

We offer vascular testing services at two Dover locations and in Lee.

Our highly trained providers are skilled in both open and minimally invasive techniques, including: 

Peripheral Vascular Intervention (PVI)

These minimally invasive procedures, including angioplasty, thrombectomy and embolization, remove plaque and restore the flow of blood through the artery. By using small incisions, usually in the leg or arm, doctors avoid making large surgical cuts, decreasing your pain and shortening your recovery time. 

Endovascular Therapies

These minimally invasive treatments offer an alternative to conventional surgery, especially for abdominal aortic interventions and abdominal aneurysm (AAA) repair. 

Vascular Surgery

Sometimes open surgery is the best option for patients. Our board-certified vascular surgeons are skilled in endarterectomy, peripheral bypass and open aneurysm repair when necessary to open blood vessels our reroute blood flow around blockages.  

Endovenous Laser Treatment (EVLT) for Varicose Veins

Even eliminating varicose veins now can be done using the minimally-invasive method of endovenous laser treatment (EVLT). A non-surgical, non-scarring treatment for varicose veins, it provides immediate relief with little to no pain, without the use of general anesthesia or need for hospitalization.

EVLT uses laser energy to target and seal problem veins, reducing or completely closing the vein, improving appearance and reducing the pain and discomfort caused by varicose veins.

Wound Care

Patients with vascular disease and poor circulation often experience chronic wounds. Our Wound Healing Institute provides expert care, including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, to promote the healing and prevention of leg ulcers and other complications of venous disease.
