Behavioral Health

Behavioral health can be described as a continuum from wellness to distress to illness. We all experience times of stress, grief, depression and/or anxiety. We may experience these conditions in a variety of ways, ranging from mild and temporary symptoms to persistent disorders. Maintaining whole-person health includes a focus on both medical and mental wellness. Wentworth-Douglass Hospital and Wentworth Health Partners believe whole-person wellness is essential to patient-centered care; and offer several behavioral health programs.

Great Bay Mental Health
Outpatient individual, couples, and family counseling and psychiatric medication management for children, adolescents and adults.

At this time, due to the overwhelming demand for behavioral health services we are only accepting patients from Wentworth Health Partners primary care offices or Wentworth-Douglass behavioral health programs.
