The 2021-2022 flu season has arrived. It’s more important than ever to take steps to prevent flu. Getting a flu vaccine is the #1 way to protect yourself and others from getting or spreading the flu. As recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), we strongly encourage everyone to get a flu vaccine, especially those who are at a higher risk for getting severe illness and complications from the flu, including people with chronic medical conditions, pregnant women, children over 6 months old, and adults over 65 years old.
Current Wentworth Health Partners patients can contact their primary care office to schedule a vaccine. High-dose vaccines are also still available for those over 65.
WALK-IN FLU SHOT CLINICS
This clinic is for adult patients ages 19 and older only. You do not need to have a Wentworth Health Partners provider. Both regular and high dose vaccines will be available. Make an appointment by clicking here. Insurance will be billed directly.
