Fit For Work

Looking to improve your fitness to enhance your work performance or better recover from a work injury?

Get one-on-one strength and conditioning coaching specifically designed to help ensure a safe return to your physically demanding job.

Training sessions include job-specific task training, as well as total body strength training and overall fitness conditioning. At Fit for Work you’ll train two to three times a week for one to two months.

If you’ve been part of our Industrial Rehab Program, talk with your physical therapist about a referral to Fit for Work. Services are typically covered by Workers’ Compensation insurance.

Functional Capacity Assessment

If your ability to return to the same job is unclear, our trained Assessment Specialists can administer a safe, unbiased Functional Capacity Assessment to guide your medical team and employer in placing you in a more appropriate job. Currently offered only in Dover.

Our team collects confidential data on all of our injured workers. Using this pool of data, we create baseline statistics and calculate patient outcomes to compare to national benchmarks.
