Get one-on-one strength and conditioning coaching specifically designed to help ensure a safe return to your physically demanding job.
Training sessions include job-specific task training, total body strength training and overall fitness conditioning. At Fit for Work you’ll train two to three times a week for one to two months.
If you’ve been part of our Industrial Rehab Program, talk with your physical therapist about a referral to Fit for Work. Services are typically covered by Workers’ Compensation insurance.
