We want you to be confident and comfortable as you prepare to welcome your new baby into your life. We offer parents, grandparents - even new siblings - many opportunities to learn more about labor and delivery, as well as valuable skills for when you bring baby home.
Whether you feel you know a little or know a lot we would love to have you join us.

Once a cesarean always a cesarean? It’s not that simple. Join us to learn about VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean). We will share evidence based information about VBAC and repeat cesareans.

Breastfeeding 101 - This class is intended for people who are planning on breastfeeding, who are considering breastfeeding, or who are just curious about breastfeeding. Class material covers the basics of breastfeeding: recommendations, anatomy, latch, supply & demand, and more! During class, one of our lactation consultants / counselors will go over key points and answer any remaining questions you may have.

Breastfeeding 102 - This class builds upon the information shared in Breastfeeding 101. Topics covered include: components of breastmilk, pumping, storage, returning to work or school, and more! Unsure of what to expect bringing a new baby home? This class will provide expectant parents or caregivers great information on newborn development, and what to expect in the early weeks of parenting. Topics include diapering, bathing, sleep cycles, general wellness and safety. Parents/caregivers will also learn some simple techniques to help soothe fussy babies.
Long-term health is the best gift you can give to your baby. Come learn about what the microbiome is, why it is so important, and what you can do to give a healthy one to your baby.
In this introductory workshop you will learn to communicate love and respect through the nurturing touch of infant massage. Some of the benefits of infant massage include: ~Increased connection/bonding~Increased relaxation for both baby and caregiver~Better sleep ~Improved circulation and Increased body awareness as babies develop.
This class is intended for moms, dads, or caretakers. Class can be taken prenatally or it can be taken with infants up to 3 months. One ticket covers attendence for up to two caregivers.
We offer families an opportunity to see that their car seats are installed safely prior to the birth of their new baby. Our certified car seat safety technicians will work with you one on one. During this special time we have prepared a class for you and your family. On the day and time of class you will meet with one of our Certified Child Life Specialists where brothers and sisters to-be will participate in an engaging activity together. This free class is intended for children ages 3 and older.
*One registration is good for each family regardless of the number of children attending.
This class is designed to help grandparents understand recent changes in childbirth and early infant care. In addition to this we discuss creative ways to support the new parents. Both grandparents are encouraged to attend.

Come and meet other new parents and discuss topics of concern to you. This group is facilitated by someone from our lactation department and child life specialists. We meet in-person every Wednesday from 1:30 - 2:30pm.
