Spine surgeon Dr. Peter J. Dirksmeier of the Wentworth Health Partners Seacoast Orthopedics & Sports Medicine practice specializes in disorders affecting cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine problems. He also treats patients who have undergone failed previous operative and non-operative treatments for chronic spine problems.

Multi-disciplinary team

We offer state-of-the art diagnostic and interventional pain treatments,  available through our collaboration with the largest outpatient physiatry group in New Hampshire. Patients benefit from an all-encompassing approach to treating and preventing a wide variety of spine related problems, with input from orthopedic, behavioral health, pain management and physical therapy groups.

Our team also includes experienced nurses, case managers, spine-trained physical therapists, a behavioral health psychologist, a nutritionist and a specialist in smoking cessation. Our Spine Center coordinator assists patients following the initial review, providing referrals to specialists, as needed.
