"Employee Spotlight" is a bi-weekly feature for staff and the community to get the know the individuals that make Wentworth-Douglass Hospital a comfortable place for patients, and a great place to work for employees.
This week the spotlight is on: Diana Bisson, CPHT
Pharmacy Inventory CPhT
Three years, 5 months
Busy from the time I arrive. I receive the daily order, attend meetings, respond to Emails, place the daily order, rinse and repeat.
First, they save my mother’s life in 1989 from a heart condition.
Second, they joined Mass General who saved my sisters life from a double aneurysm in 1998.
It was a no brainer.
Being trusted with endless responsibilities and the people are pretty great too.
All-encompassing of laughter, seriousness, joy, stress and ever evolving.
It is a fantastic place to work, but you will work and have fun; this is not a laid-back kind of focus. You need to be dedicated and love what you do.
Not being micromanaged, allowed to use my education and skills and being part of several committees.
The father, the son and Holy Spirit.
Honesty, humor, and hard work.
Dover House Healthcare, Dietary Aide besides babysitting.
Moments – Birth of my Children, grandchildren and being elected to lead my tribe.
Living in two worlds and being Native American is not optional.
