Massachusetts General Hospital

In 2017, Wentworth-Douglass joined the Massachusetts General Hospital system. This partnership expands clinical services available on the Seacoast and strengthens existing capabilities and expertise, especially in the areas of medical and surgical oncology, gynecologic oncology, trauma and acute care surgery, stroke/neurology, genetics counseling, thoracic surgery and telemedicine psychiatric consultations. Patients will benefit from our seamless access to world-renowned care and experts at Mass General.

Mass General for Children

Our affiliation with Mass General for Children provides greater access to pediatric subspecialty care to children and families in a warm, family-friendly clinic right here in Dover. 

NH Accountable Care Partners 

NH Accountable Care Partners ACO is a joint venture between four hospitals and ACO professionals. It is a not-for-profit organization based in Concord, NH and founded in 2012. The ACO consists of more than 965 healthcare providers employed by Concord Hospital, Elliot Health System, Southern New Hampshire Health System and Wentworth-Douglass Health System who coordinate the health care of more than 40,000 Medicare Fee-for-Service beneficiaries in their combined service areas. They are dedicated to promoting improved care coordination, improving patient outcomes and creating a collaborative environment with community partners. This approach ensures that patients receive high quality, appropriate care from the right provider at the right time by identifying and addressing problems early. Working with Medicare, NH Accountable Care Partners ACO provides its beneficiaries with high quality care while reducing growth in Medicare expenditures. 

Tufts Health Freedom Plan

In 2015, Granite Health with its member health systems joined Tufts Health Plan to establish Tufts Health Freedom Plan, a new health insurance company in New Hampshire. Our unique partnership brings together leading providers in New Hampshire and one of the top ranked health plans in the country to share one vision for better care coordination and health outcomes.

Wentworth Home Care and Hospice

Through our partnership with Amedysis, Inc., Wentworth Home Care and Hospice provides home health nursing services, home health aides, and medical social workers.

Wentworth Surgery Center

Wentworth-Douglass and Wentworth Physicians Holding partner to operate a state-of-the-art, two-room ambulatory surgery center in Somersworth. Wentworth Surgery Center provides outpatient care to the community in the areas of ENT, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Pain Management, Podiatry, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Oral Surgery, Orthopedics and Urology.

Physician Hospital Organization (PHO)

Health Partners of New Hampshire, Inc. 

Health Partners of New Hampshire, Inc. is the Physician Hospital Organization (PHO) affiliated with Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. It is the focal point for clinical integration and standardization of care across member physician practices affiliated with Wentworth-Douglass Hospital and hospital inpatient and outpatient clinical areas, providing quality healthcare to all of our patients. The PHO includes over 300 physicians and allied health professionals.
